What would you do Business Analyst – Project Manager (Python & SQL) The Business Analyst – Project Manager role combines business analysis, project delivery, and data driven problem solving. The role is responsible for leading initiatives end to end—understanding business needs, translating them into requirements, managing delivery, and leveraging Python and SQL to drive insights, automation, and informed decision making. - Strong experience in Business Analysis and Project Management
- Excellent requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel

- SQL: Data extraction, joins, aggregations, validation, and analysis
- Python: Data analysis, automation, scripting, or reporting use cases
- Experience working with data visualization or reporting tools is a plus Tools & Methodologies
- Agile / Scrum / Waterfall delivery experience
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Exposure to cloud or analytics platforms is an advantage Communication & Leadership

- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across global teams
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, CBAP, or CCBA (preferred, not mandatory)

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Perform process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Project & Delivery Management
- Plan and manage projects end to end including scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Drive execution using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models
- Coordinate cross functional teams including business, technology, analytics, and operations
- Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes Data Analysis & Technical Enablement
- Use SQL to extract, analyze, and validate data from multiple data sources
- Apply Python for data analysis, automation, reporting, or process optimization
- Support data driven decision making by generating insights, dashboards, and analytical outputs
- Partner with data engineering or technology teams to ensure solution feasibility and data integrity Stakeholder Communication & Governance
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams
- Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries
- Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and quality standards Testing & Implementation Support
- Support test planning, UAT execution, and defect resolution
