Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the franchise and ensure smooth functioning
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the Branch Manager
  • Ensure Pre-Counseling Preparedness (PCP) in accordance with company standards
  • Maintain personal grooming and presentation as per SOP guidelines
  • Follow all procedures for enquiry management and booking as outlined in the SOP manual
  • Handle customer enquiries via walk-ins, telephone, emails, city PSAs, and travel agents
  • Provide customers with comprehensive product and pricing details to support informed decision-making
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with city PSAs and travel agents (TAs) to generate and convert leads
  • Meet the defined query turnaround time (TAT) as per SOP
  • Initiate telesales follow-up calls to drive sales closures and booking conversions
  • Coordinate with the service/delivery team to ensure a seamless post-sales experience
  • Maintain customer satisfaction levels at 95% or above throughout the engagement cycle
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and systems in day-to-day activities
