Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional, based in Gujarat. The role involves identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders in educational institutions, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Professional will regularly engage with schools to understand their curriculum needs and present tailored solutions from Little Genius product offerings. Responsibilities also include negotiating contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, and staying updated on education sector trends to enhance the sales approach.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Sales strategy, prospecting, and lead conversion experience
  • Understanding of the education sector and curriculum needs
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivation and goal-oriented with excellent time management
  • Experience in the educational publishing or sales industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
