QWIND is looking for a proactive and high-energy Sales Executive to expand our presence in the premium aluminium system windows market. You will be responsible for bringing in new business, nurturing strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and high-end homeowners, and ensuring smooth deal closures. If sales drives you and you want to grow with a fast-scaling brand, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and direct clients.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across residential and commercial projects.
• Present and demonstrate QWIND's product range sliding, slimline, and performance windows.
• Conduct site visits, provide product consultation, and create tailored proposals.
• Negotiate terms, follow up consistently, and close deals within timelines.
• Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support marketing initiatives and generate quality leads in the target market.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 13 years of sales experience (experience in architecture, interiors, building materials is a plus).
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Strong negotiation skills and confident personality.
• Ability to manage field work, travel for client meetings, and work independently.
• Problem-solving mindset with a drive to achieve monthly sales goals.
