Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional, located in Dinhata. Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, promoting and selling financial and digital services provided by Payworld, and achieving sales targets. The role involves engaging with retail partners, understanding their needs, and providing support to ensure business success. The Sales Professional will also be responsible for training retailers, managing accounts, and identifying growth opportunities in an assigned territory.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and the ability to meet sales targets
  • Experience in client relationship management and customer service
  • Proficiency in communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of financial and digital services like AEPS, money transfer, and bill payment solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools; tech-savviness is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or related industries is advantageous
