Reporting To: Regional Sales Head / State Head

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Professional to drive Mid-Market and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sales for Solar PV Modules across Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for business development, EPC engagement, channel expansion, and key account management within the solar industry.

The role requires strong market understanding, relationship-building capabilities, and the ability to generate business opportunities from EPC companies, industrial customers, solar installers, and corporate clients across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Solar PV Module sales across Mid-Market and C&I segments in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and manage relationships with EPC contractors, distributors, channel partners, and solar installers.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities from industrial, commercial, and institutional customers.
  • Handle complete sales cycle including lead generation, techno-commercial discussions, negotiation, order closure, and payment collection.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, dispatches, and after-sales support.
  • Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and project stakeholders.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain regular reporting through CRM and management reviews.
