Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional, based in Hyderabad. The Sales Professional will identify and reach out to target customers, build relationships with local service providers, and promote the benefits of joining the platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer support. A key aspect of the role will involve understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions to expand their business and strengthen their presence on the Local Superman platform.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management
  • Understanding of the hyperlocal service market and customer needs analysis
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with sales reporting and metrics
  • Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and team collaboration capabilities
  • Prior experience in a similar sales role or service-related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
