We are expanding our Luxury Travel Division and seeking a high-performing Luxury Holiday Specialist with proven expertise in selling customized international itineraries.

Role Overview

This is not a standard travel sales role.

We are looking for a consultative luxury travel advisor who can design and sell tailor-made, high-value international experiences ranging from 8 Lakhs to 50 Lakhs per booking.

The candidate must demonstrate:

• Strong understanding of luxury travel products
• Ability to curate bespoke itineraries
• High-ticket conversion capability
• Relationship-driven selling approach

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end sales of luxury international FIT packages
• Design bespoke itineraries for premium destinations such as:
• Switzerland, France, Italy (Luxury Europe)
• USA self-drive & premium experiences
• African safaris
• Maldives luxury resorts
• Scandinavian Northern Lights tours
• Australia & New Zealand premium travel
• Manage HNI and elite clientele with personalized consultation
• Upsell luxury experiences: private transfers, yacht charters, business class flights, curated experiences, Michelin dining, exclusive excursions
• Achieve monthly billing targets of 3560 Lakhs
• Maintain strong DMC & supplier relationships
• Ensure seamless coordination with operations for white-glove delivery
• Drive repeat and referral business

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years in International Luxury Travel Sales
• Strong knowledge of premium properties, experiences & global visa processes
• Excellent presentation and itinerary-building skills
• Ability to handle clients with high expectations
• Strong negotiation and closing ability
• Experience handling high-value bookings (3L+ per file preferred)
• CRM discipline and structured follow-up process
