Job Title: Sales Process Trainer
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Sales Process Trainer to shape how our sales team sells. You will design and deliver engaging training programs that sharpen skills, strengthen our sales process, and directly improve revenue performance.
What You'll Do
Build and deliver world-class training on sales process, selling skills, and CRM usage
Identify skill gaps and design targeted improvement programs
Lead high-energy workshops, virtual sessions, role plays, and coaching
Own onboarding for new sales hires and speed up their ramp-up
Create sales playbooks, tools, and learning content
Track training impact on conversion, pipeline, and revenue
Partner closely with sales leaders to drive performance
What We're Looking For
35+ years in sales training, enablement, or high-performing sales roles
Strong command of sales processes and CRM systems
Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
Comfortable training both in-person and virtually
Data-driven and performance-focused mindset
Nice to Have
B2B or consultative selling experience
Sales or training certifications
