Key Responsibilities

  • Execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns from planning to deployment.
  • Manage marketing calendars and ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Respond to and track leads generated through marketing activities.
  • Maintain CRM workflows, lead follow-ups, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Coordinate creation of marketing creatives, templates, and campaign assets.
  • Conduct basic tool walkthroughs for internal teams (e.g., CRM and marketing platforms).
  • Support OEM activities, MDF initiatives, and end-to-end event coordination.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams for seamless execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, CRM, marketing operations, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Zoho preferred).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in home automation, consumer electronics, AV, or technology industries.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and event management.
