About the role
We're looking for a sharp, business-first Sales Planning professional who can go beyond dashboards and actually influence revenue, pricing, and market strategy.
This role sits at the intersection of data, category, and sales, and will play a critical role in driving growth across channels.
What You'll Own
- Build and drive sales forecasting models (SKU / channel level)
- Lead pricing decisions & margin optimization across product categories
- Design and execute trade schemes & promotions (GT / MT / Online)
- Analyze market trends, sell-in / sell-out data, and competitor moves
- Partner closely with sales teams, distributors & channel partners
- Own category performance, P&L tracking, and business planning
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Sales Planning / Category / Trade Marketing / Business Planning
- Strong exposure to pricing, schemes, and forecasting
- Hands-on with Excel / data analysis (Power BI is a plus)
- Someone who understands market realities, not just reports
- Prior experience in Consumer Electronics / FMCG / FMCD / Retail preferred
