As a Sales Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy. Working closely with the sales team, you'll not only ensure smooth operations but also create meaningful insights that help us perform better every single day.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive exciting new product launches and craft impactful project launch presentations.
- Conduct market studies and competitor analysis to support business strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Take ownership of monthly MIS reports and ensure accurate data reconciliation.
- Be the go-to partner for regional sales teams, providing constant support and accountability for bookings and reports.
- Design and manage intuitive dashboards and reports in Salesforce, empowering the team with real-time insights.
- Standardize, streamline, and continuously improve sales processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualification
- A graduate degree (MBA preferred).
- Strong command of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
- 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate (a strong plus).
- Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Experience in market study and research will be an added advantage.
- A detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys working with data and collaborating across teams.
