We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth for our printing solutions across universities and colleges in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the academic environment. This role involves traveling, meeting key decision-makers, and providing tailored printing solutions for educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and target universities, colleges, and educational institutions for business development.
- Pitch and promote printing products/services (e.g., ID cards, brochures, journals, examination materials, thesis printing, etc.).
- Build strong relationships with administrators, purchase departments, and academic heads.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Attend education expos, trade fairs, and networking events.
- Maintain detailed CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
Key Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in printing, publishing, or educational services.
- Strong network or previous experience working with educational institutions is a big plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Willingness to travel extensively (Pan India).
