Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Person role based in Surat. The Sales Person will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, understanding their requirements, and ensuring excellent service. Daily tasks include maintaining the display and arrangement of flowers, managing inventory, handling transactions, and achieving sales targets. Strong customer service and communication skills will be essential for this role, along with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and address their needs
- Sales and customer service experience, with a passion for client satisfaction
- Ability to manage inventory and ensure appealing product displays
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer skills for handling transactions and sales records
- Knowledge and interest in flowers and floral arrangements is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets is a plus
