Role Description

As a full-time Sales Performer, you will drive revenue growth by generating high-quality leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales in the real estate sector. Your daily responsibilities will include identifying market opportunities, conducting client meetings, preparing sales presentations, and providing property consultations. Additionally, you will contribute to business development initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and business alignment. This is an on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales pitches, negotiation, and client acquisition
  • Knowledge of real estate trends, market analysis, and property assessments
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven experience in a sales-driven environment or a relevant field
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and property technology is an advantage
