Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Partnerships Manager located in Jaipur. In this role, you will lead and manage strategic partnerships, identify opportunities for collaboration, and expand the company's network of partners. You will oversee account management, build strong client relationships, and develop strategies to drive business growth. Regular interaction with partners, understanding their needs, and delivering value-driven solutions will be key aspects of the role.

Role Objective

Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for Maarque Up Media across marketing, branding, and performance services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and close new B2B clients
  • Pitch digital marketing, social media, performance marketing, branding, and content services
  • Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts
  • Close monthly retainers and project-based deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and delivery
  • Maintain CRM and sales reporting

Required Skills

  • Agency sales experience preferred
  • Strong pitching and negotiation skills
  • Clear understanding of digital marketing services
  • Target-oriented execution

Experience

  • 12 years in business development or sales
  • Marketing/advertising agency background preferred

Salary

20,000 30,000 per month + performance-based incentives
