Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site, commission-based Sales Partner role in Nanded. The Sales Partner will be responsible for selling our hospital management solution AlgoHMS (https://algohms.com) to clinics, hospitals, diagnostic labs, and individual doctors across Nanded and nearby talukas. Day-to-day, the role involves identifying prospects, conducting on-site product demos, managing the full sales cycle from first visit to closing, and handing off signed clinics to our onboarding team. The Sales Partner will also build long-term relationships with the local medical community to generate referrals and expand the customer base.

Compensation

  • 20% commission on every clinic onboarded = ₹6,000 per sale
  • Realistic earning target: 5 clinics/month = ₹30,000/month
  • No cap on commissions, no territory limits within Nanded district
  • Commission-only role — no fixed salary, no base, no draw
  • Payout within 7 days of clinic payment received

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Marathi (essential); working knowledge of Hindi and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with doctors and clinic owners
  • Self-driven and comfortable in a 100% performance-linked role
  • Owns a two-wheeler and is willing to do daily field visits across Nanded and nearby talukas
  • Proficiency in lead generation, account management, and maintaining a client database
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming objections
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the AlgoHMS demo and onboarding teams
  • Preferred backgrounds: medical representatives (current or ex-MR), medical equipment or diagnostic sales, pharma distributors, insurance or finance agents with doctor networks, or independent B2B sales professionals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or selling to healthcare professionals is a strong advantage
