Sales & Outsourcing Intern

Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Outsourcing

• Identify and research potential vendors, freelancers, and outsourcing partners.
• Coordinate with external partners for project requirements and timelines.
• Compare vendor quotations and prepare evaluation reports.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain vendor databases and documentation.
• Assist in managing communication between internal teams and external partners.
