Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and confident Cold Caller to connect with potential customers across India. The role involves outbound calling to introduce our services, generate interest, and qualify leads while maintaining a positive brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers within the Indian market.
  • Clearly communicate product/service offerings and key value propositions.
  • Identify customer needs and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
  • Make 1000 calls a week. (200/day)

Requirements

  • Prior experience in cold calling, telecalling, or inside sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language (preferred).
  • Confident, persuasive, and professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections calmly.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is an advantage.
