Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales or Presale Team Leader, located in Calapan. As a Sales or Presale Team Leader, your daily responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team, developing and implementing sales strategies, providing expert support during presale processes, and ensuring targets are met. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, fostering client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills, team management, and ability to drive performance.
  • Expertise in sales strategies, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Strong comprehension of presale processes, deal structuring, and customer engagement.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making based on insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and presentations.
  • Ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment in Calapan.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales or presale leadership roles is highly desirable.
