About the Role
The Strategy & Operations Lead (Founder's Office) at SOLVIS® ecopower will work directly with the Founder to drive strategic initiatives, business expansion, and operational excellence across the company.
This role is designed for a high-ownership individual who can think like a strategist and execute like an operator. You will be responsible for turning vision into action, building scalable systems, and ensuring that growth initiatives are implemented efficiently across sales, supply chain, partnerships, and market expansion.
This is not a support role. This is a decision-driven, execution-heavy leadership role.
What you'll do:
• Translate founder-level strategy into on-ground execution
• Drive market expansion, pricing strategy, and go-to-market plans
• Build scalable systems across sales, supply chain, and operations
• Enable enterprise sales with pricing, ROI models, and deal structuring
• Lead high-priority cross-functional projects from the Founder's Office
Who should apply:
• 2–4 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, startups, or Founder's Office roles
• Strong grasp of B2B sales, supply chain, and commercial economics
• Highly analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Someone who takes ownership, not instructions
