What are we looking for

• Strong background in Sales Operations, CRM data, Agentic AI and sales process optimization • Proven experience in sales data analytics, and business intelligence • Proven experience in leading and managing teams that deliver interactive dashboards, reporting automation and advanced data flows and modeling • Deep understanding of all AI Tools like M365 Co-Pilot, Claude • Deep understanding of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) for automation, data modeling and analytics • Strong command over Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI (or similar visualization platforms) and BI architecture for visual storytelling and dashboarding • Hands-on experience with SQL, data management, data flows, and data modeling practices • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; working with global, cross-functional teams • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting • Experience in driving transformation initiatives through automation and advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and systems integration
