  • Position: Sales Operations Executive
  • Location: Kurla Phoenix Paragon Plaza, Mumbai
  • Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite
  • Working Days: 5 Days a Week
  • Experience: 2 to 6 Years

Job Summary: The Sales Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring seamless sales operations, efficient client servicing, and superior client satisfactionmanaging the complete lifecycle from lead-generation support to post-sale execution across print and digital media. This role will work closely with Sales Managers and report into the Sales Manager / Head of Sales Operations, coordinating with production and digital teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Managers through tele-calling for lead generation, scheduling client appointments, and handling post-sale operational execution
  • Coordinate with clients, in-house production teams, and digital teams to ensure timely receipt and placement of artworks for print and digital media
  • Sell advertising solutions across Print, Digital, Social Media & Special Edition publications.
  • Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups and conversions.
  • Track and manage advertising schedules, artwork submissions, and publication deadlines
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in ad materials, including content, sizes, placements, and technical specifications
  • Maintain and update sales records, CRM data, and client databases, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Prepare MIS reports, sales performance analysis.
  • Act as a key point of contact to ensure smooth internal coordination and effective external communication.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline
  • 2-6 years of experience in media sales operations, advertising, or magazine publishing
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and process management skills
  • Proficiency in MIS reporting, CRM tools, and MS Excel.

Additional Information

  • Salary Range: INR 3.5 - 5.5 LPA (depending on experience and skills). Exact compensation will be discussed during the interview and offered based on candidate background and fit.
  • Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred; candidates with up to 30 days
  • We will provide medical health insuance upto 3 Lakhs.
