Brief Job Description:
The Sales Analyst - Thermal will support the thermal business by combining sales analytics with pricing intelligence, enabling optimized margin realization and data-driven decision-making. This role plays a critical part in balancing volume growth with profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Management , Monitor -OB,Sales,Creation weekly and monthly for the business
- Tracking Monthly report and preparing Dashboards/Decks for Reviews
- Manage and analyze sales performance data across products, regions, and channels
- Support pricing strategy execution, including discount analysis, margin tracking, and price benchmarking
- Partner with sales and finance teams to evaluate deal profitability and pricing deviations
- Develop dashboards for revenue, margin, and pricing analytics
- Conduct variance analysis between planned vs actual pricing and margins
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across pricing tools and systems
- Support bid management and quotation analysis with data-driven inputs
- Identify opportunities for margin improvement and pricing optimization
- Supporting in Planning and Forecasting
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-6 years in Sales Analytics / Pricing Analytics / Commercial Finance
- Strong expertise in Excel (advanced), Power BI / Tableau
- Solid understanding of pricing concepts (discounting, margins, contribution analysis)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with business acumen
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Product)
Preferred
- Experience in thermal / cooling / industrial equipment / manufacturing sector
- Exposure to Oracle (OSE) System
