Requirements

  • Partner with India sales leader and sale teams and cross-functional groups to execute sales strategies, processes, and reporting frameworks.
  • Manage ad hoc priorities and special projects from senior leadership.
  • Provide actionable insights and analysis to leadership to support data-driven decision-making and forecasting.
  • Enhance existing sales processes and tools to ensure smooth operation and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and goal achievement across regions or sales team.
  • Analyse, prioritize, and operationalize sales plays that support Account Managers in driving scalable revenue.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, sales funnels, and conversion ratios to identify improvement areas.
  • Design and manage dashboards, MIS reports, and data analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date pipeline data through regular reporting checks, data updates, and maintenance within Salesforce.
  • Oversee data cleansing activities, including uploading and structuring contact data to ensure system accuracy.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills able to simplify complex concepts and influence stakeholders.
  • Good working knowledge in High Tech / Software industry
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, CRM (lead generation, pipeline progression, closing).
