About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales OperationsSr. Associate to support our sales organization through data management, reporting, incentive calculations, and operational execution. This role is critical in ensuring data accuracy, streamlining processes, and enabling informed decision-making across sales teams and leadership.
What you'll be responsible for
- Own and manage the monthly sales closure process, including data reconciliation and dissemination of final reports
- Maintain and update sales dashboards (Power BI) with accurate, timely, and actionable insights
- Validate and reconcile sales data from a sales operations perspective, ensuring high data integrity
- Calculate and manage incentive payouts (quarterly and special schemes) with precision
- Identify and implement improvements in workflows, tracking systems, and reporting processes
- Handle data requests and reporting deliverables from cross-functional stakeholders
- Support Annual Operating Plan (AoP) formulation and review cycles in collaboration with relevant teams
- Prepare and manage Quarterly Operating Plan (QoP) revisions and submissions
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for sales operations-related activities
What you'd have
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or analytical roles
- Expertise in Microsoft tools (Excel, PPT etc)
- Experience in building and managing dashboards using Power BI
- Working knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Background in data analytics, business intelligence, or data management
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance management platforms
- Exposure to AoP/QoP planning cycles or incentive management processes
