Job Description:
Experience & Background
- 510+ years of experience in field operations, service delivery, or customer support roles.
- Proven track record in direct sales support or service management at a regional or theatre level.
- Experience in cross-functional roles, collaborating with sales, operations, and technical teams.
Skills & Competencies
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in service categories deep knowledge of internal policies, service workflows, and escalation processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop creative, balanced solutions.
- Ability to interpret and apply corporate/local business rules effectively.
- Training and coaching skills able to conduct tool/process training for new employees or partners.
- Influential communicator capable of explaining difficult concepts, negotiating alternate viewpoints, and aligning teams.
- Mentorship experience providing guidance to less experienced colleagues.
