About the Role:
We're looking for a driven Sales Operations professional to streamline execution and enable business success. This role requires strong coordination, quick problem-solving, and a focus on delivering quality outcomes in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resource allocation to source new solution and ensuring quality of solution.
• Freelance Trainer Sourcing for Niche requirements for the clients.
• Work closely with sales team to improve conversion rate of sourcing request.
• Large Deal Execution and Sourcing new solution.
• Ensuring Feedback Capturing is done for all training delivery in trainer portals.
• Managing quality of services. Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Any Graduation. Preferable - Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Excellent communication
• Minimum 4 years of B2B Training Service Delivery and Operations Experience.
General - • Proven track record of managing large clients , trainer and other stake holder interactions • Highly self-driven, organized, and result-oriented
• Understanding of training needs in emerging technologies, digital transformation, or upskilling/reskilling mandates.
Work Mode: This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week work from office.
