As we continue our international expansion, we are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Lead Generation Associate to join our growth team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related work is done by the BDM'S and monitor the BDM'S progress
  • Respond to Queries from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Store and sort all form of reports as required by the management
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Timely collection from the clients
  • Contracts and agreements for the new clients to be done within a time frame

Prerequisites

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, IT or other field is the minimum requirement.
  • Minimum 2+ years of previous experience in sales administration & coordination activities, account management or related field is required.
  • Highly passionate to be a part a team that is aspiring to be ranked #1 globally.
  • Excellent English communication both verbal & written.
  • Analytical & creative.
  • Goal/ target oriented, experience in Project Management & project coordination is an advantage.
  • Self motivated & self directed.
  • Proven team player.
