Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Operations Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The specialist will be responsible for managing sales operations, analyzing sales data, Onboarding clients, and collaborating closely with sales and customer service teams.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
- Proven experience in customer service to support both client relations and internal coordination
- Knowledge of sales principles and processes, and experience in sales operations
- Proficiency in sales tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other relevant software
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Requirements:
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills (mainly English)
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- 1 - 2 years of experience in client onboarding or customer support role
Working Days - Monday - Saturday (Alternate saturday off)
Working hrs - 10:30am-6:30pm
