We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Representative at Chennai to join our Sales team on a full-time basis.
Major Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Customer orders should be entered in ERP system post contract review. Ensure to meet customer requirements through internal coordination. Interact with customers on backlog as wells as expected orders. Understand customer priorities and work strategically with team to honor the same.
- Dispatch & Delivery tracking: Dispatches should be effected with concurrence from customers. Coordinate with logistics team on freight forwarder & freight terms. Circulate dispatch details and ensure timely delivery by coordinating between customer & freight forwarder.
- Payment collection:In case of advance customers, should coordinate with sales managers for collecting payment prior to dispatch. In case of COD payment, should coordinate with logistics / freight forwarder / customer and collected COD payment details. In case of credit customers, should keep track of AR and ensure that invoices doesn't go overdue.
- Inventory: Stock available against customer orders should be liquidated on priority. Inventory ageing report should be shared with respective sales managers / customers and ensure clearance.
- Sales Return: Sales return process involves coordination with multiple inter-co departments like QA, Logistics, IM Stores, Costing, Finance, etc. apart from customer and sales managers.
- Reports: Order backing and stock report preparation and circulation on alternate days along with AR Ageing data. Prepare and maintain reports on all core activities. Should be ready to provide reports on order booking, sales, accounts receivables, sales return, overdue at any given point of time.
Technical Competencies:
- Hands on experience in ERP Systems like QAD, SAP
- Good knowledge in MS office.

Requirements:
- Academic/Professional Education : Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
- Relevant Experience :10 years in inside sales preferred.
