insights.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations / Sales Enablement Specialist with a

strong background in CRM management (HubSpot preferred) and operational excellence. The

ideal candidate will support our global sales team by optimizing processes, improving CRM

governance, enabling business insights, and driving sales efficiency.

This role requires excellent analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in

a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management & Governance (HubSpot Preferred)

Own and manage HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance.

Configure workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting for sales teams.

Work with global stakeholders to enhance CRM adoption and process consistency.

Conduct regular audits, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with CRM support teams.

Sales Operations & Enablement

Support end-to-end sales operations including forecasting, pipeline management, and

KPI reporting.

Create and maintain performance dashboards and insights for leadership.

Optimize sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.

Partner with sales leadership to define and track targets, quotas, and performance

metrics.

Coordinate onboarding and continuous enablement training for sales teams.

Business Analysis & Reporting

Leverage advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to prepare detailed business reports,

presentations, and insights.

Analyze sales trends, funnel metrics, and revenue patterns to support business

decisions.

Assist in the creation of GTM playbooks, sales collateral, and sales best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, finance, delivery, HR, and leadership teams.

Provide operational support for global sales activities including account planning and

territory management.

Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience

5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, CRM management, or

a related role.

Experience working in multinational, matrix, or large-scale organizations preferred.

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM (or Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, etc.).

Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, analytics) and PowerPoint skills.

Strong analytical, reporting, and business insight capabilities.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.

Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into decisions.

High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Other Requirements

Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.

Proven problem-solving capability and stakeholder management skills.

Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
