• Experience with CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and basic financial analysis related to real estate transactions.
• Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field; experience in real estate or professional services is an advantage.
• Manage and mentor the sales operations team to drive daily productivity, set clear KPIs, and foster a high-performance culture.
