As Sales operations team manager, your core responsibilities are to manage the sales team performance for the assigned business unit/s. You will collaborate with the Sales, Finance, Supply chain teams to analyse and report on key sales metrics. While analysing the performance you may be required to Monitor and Report the Order intake, order backlog, revenue, forecasts, and pipeline status to the management on a continual basis. This includes reporting on upside and downside scenarios as well as analyzing outliers for immediate management intervention. You will need to prepare statistical reports, determination of sales premiums and commissions, as well as preparation of reports and statements regarding sales efficiency. This includes generating reports on growth pillars and individual's performance in comparison to YOY, QOQ and baselining the BU/Company-wide sales performance. You will also take the lead in gathering the necessary inputs, data, and analysis for sales budget each fiscal year. In short, you will work as a partner to VP Sales to report, analyse, make recommendations and provide solutions for measuring current and new key performance metrics.
