AVASO Technology Solutions is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Sales Operations Manager to lead our global sales operations function from Mohali. This is not a reporting or administrative role — this is a transformation leadership position. You will design, build, and continuously improve the processes, governance, and systems that empower our global sales teams to perform at their highest level.

As the Sales Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop the global sales operations team, building a high-performing function focused on operational excellence.
- Own the pipeline and forecast process globally, providing senior leadership with reliable revenue visibility and actionable commercial insights.
- Govern and optimize Salesforce CRM and other systems, ensuring data quality, workflow efficiency, and executive reporting accuracy.
- Design and implement global sales processes, including lead management, deal qualification, pricing approvals, contract handover, and renewal tracking.
- Own and improve the quotation engine, ensuring quote quality, commercial accuracy, and pricing governance across all deal types.
- Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Finance, Delivery, Legal, and Marketing to ensure commercial commitments are executable.
- Translate complex sales data into actionable insights and recommendations to drive commercial success and operational discipline.
What We're Looking For:
- 10–15 years of sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial excellence experience in B2B IT services.
- Minimum 3–5 years managing a sales operations team with measurable outcomes — not just individual contributor experience.
- Proven transformation experience: raising the maturity of a sales operations function through process, governance, and tools.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, including governance, workflow automation, reporting, and user adoption.
- Hands-on understanding of IT services: field services, managed services, ITAD, and multi-country delivery models.
- Strong commercial acumen: experience running and improving quotation engines, deal qualification, pricing logic, and margin governance.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills: able to influence Finance, Delivery, Legal, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
