Wilmarcs Motion Pictures is a creative production company specialising incorporate films, CSR storytelling, event coverage, and documentary-style content.

We help brands communicate their purpose through visually strong, authentic storytelling backed by smooth execution and fast delivery.

We are expanding our sales and operations team and are looking for motivated individuals who want real exposure to the business and production side of the media industry.

TheSales & Operations Internwill support everyday activities across:

lead generation

sales coordination

project operations

client communication

vendor coordination

This role offers a well-rounded introduction to how a professional production company functions.

• Identify and qualify potential leads from LinkedIn, email, and industry lists.
• Maintain sales trackers and update CRM systems.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and pitch presentations.
• Conduct basic market and client research.

• Support day-to-day project planning and task follow-ups.
• Coordinate with freelancers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain project documents, schedules, and deliverables.
• Ensure seamless communication between sales, production, and post-production.

• Draft and manage basic emails and follow-ups under supervision.
• Help organise client calls, briefs, and documentation.

• Research competitors, industry trends, and relevant video formats.
• Support internal content planning when required (optional).
