Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to support our PACB and Hospitality business. The role will focus on enabling merchant acquisition, onboarding, and go-live processes by working closely with sales, product, tech, and operations teams.

This role is ideal for someone who is process-driven, comfortable with data and coordination, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The Responsibilities we entrust you with :

1. Lead Management & Creation

  • Identify and create qualified merchant leads across PACB and Hospitality segments
  • Maintain and update lead pipelines in CRM systems
  • Support the sales team with data enrichment and opportunity tracking

2. Merchant Onboarding & Documentation

  • Coordinate collection and verification of merchant onboarding documents
  • Maintain organized records and ensure completeness of onboarding documentation
  • Assist in compliance checks and process adherence

3. JIRA & Workflow Management

  • Create and manage JIRA tickets for merchant onboarding and issue tracking
  • Coordinate with tech/product teams to ensure timely resolution of tickets
  • Track progress and provide status updates on open requests

4. Merchant Go-Live Coordination

  • Drive end-to-end coordination for merchant activation
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Tech, Ops, Compliance) to ensure smooth go-live
  • Ensure all dependencies are completed before activation

5. Query Resolution & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as a central SPOC for resolving operational queries
  • Follow up with internal teams to close pending items
  • Ensure timely communication and escalation of critical issues

What matters in this role:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
  • Prior exposure to operations, fintech, or customer handling roles is a plus
  • High ownership and accountability
  • Problem-solving mindset with proactive follow-ups
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
