Job Description:

AMEC Codex Private Limited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Operations Intern to support both the sales and operations teams in managing daily business activities, client coordination, and operational processes. This role offers hands-on experience in sales support, business operations, customer engagement, and process management within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in lead generation, prospect research, and customer follow-ups.
  • Support in maintaining customer databases, sales records, and CRM updates.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and operational documentation.
  • Support order processing, service coordination, and operational tracking.
  • Maintain records, reports, and data related to sales and operations activities.
  • Monitor project updates and assist in tracking business performance metrics.
  • Help identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams as required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or pursuing graduation in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and business communication.
  • Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn sales processes, customer relationship management, and business operations.
