Sales & Operations Executive

About the Role

Samsara is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Operations Executive to manage jewellery sales, customer relationships, and daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and recommend jewellery based on their preferences.
• Handle sales, customer enquiries, follow-ups, and billing.
• Manage inventory, stock records, and customer orders.
• Coordinate with the manufacturing team on production and deliveries.
• Maintain showroom presentation and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in sales, retail, or store operations.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of jewellery and inventory management is preferred.
