Job Title: Sales Operations / Inside Sales Executive

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: Fresher to 12 years (Fintech preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, driven Sales Operations / Inside Sales Executive to support our sales team and drive revenue through lead qualification, follow-ups, and process coordination. This role is ideal for energetic freshers or candidates with 12 years of experience in fintech or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to potential customers
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the field sales team
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
  • Follow up with prospects regularly and ensure timely closure support
  • Coordinate between sales, operations, and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track performance metrics
  • Support sales campaigns and product launches

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fresher or 12 years of experience in inside sales / sales operations (Fintech experience is a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Comfortable with targets and fast-paced sales environments
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Excel
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
