About Position:
Experience is Sales Operations, understanding of business deal life cycle, Ability to interpret contracts / MSA/statement of work written by the customer, good understanding of financial terms, good business acumen and verbal and written communication.

What You'll Do:
- Capture financial terms and conditions and other details from the signed agreements with the customer
- Work with Sales and Delivery teams to seek missing information / details
- Capture the numbers in IT systems
- Work with internal teams like planning, delivery operations and Business Finance to collate information related to the contract, Revenue, Projections etc.
- Work with Delivery teams to correct the captured values based on circumstances during execution of the project
- Identify areas and ways to improve Operational Efficiency and Effectiveness by reducing manual efforts/intervention.
- Adhere to internal and external SOPs, Digitization of templates/ forms.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Candidate should have good number of hands of experience in Sales Operations,
- Should have good experience in reading and interpreting customer agreements,
- Should be from Finance background and should be well versed with the business terms
- Hands-on experience in Software /Sales/ Presales is added advantage and good to have
- Should have good business acumen, good verbal and written communication skills
- Highly skilled at collaborating effectively with diverse teams and adapting seamlessly to various work environments.
- Good ability to collate information received from various sources
