Job Description

Position: Sales & Operations Executive

The Living Influence is an E commerce marketplace hosting Leading Indian Designers in the Luxury Interior Decor space.

We are looking for a driven, energetic, and ambitious individual who enjoys interacting with people and has a strong desire to learn, grow, and close sales. We are not a manufacturing company but work with multiple brands that help create beautiful pieces that sell.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with customer enquiries and leads.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and assist them throughout the buying journey.
  • Convert enquiries into orders through proactive communication.
  • Negotiate pricing and discounts within company guidelines.
  • Create quotations and proforma invoices.
  • Coordinate with vendors on production, dispatch, and delivery timelines.
  • Provide customer support and regular order updates.
  • Assist with day-to-day sales and operational activities.

Minimum Qualifications : BBA preferred / Graduate

Minimum Experience : Maximum of 2 years of experience in online lead conversion and vendor interaction.

Location: Gurgaon

Working Days: Monday to Friday. Sometimes Saturday may be WFH or in the office.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
