Job Description
Not Rocket Science is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our offline sales team across India.
This is a head-office coordination role, not a field sales role. The person will act as the main point of contact between our offline sales team, distributors, accounts, warehouse, and internal operations team.
Key responsibilities:
• Coordinate distributor orders, invoicing, dispatches, and delivery updates
• Act as the HO point of contact for the offline sales team
• Follow up with accounts, warehouse, distributors, and sales team to close pending items
• Maintain order, invoice, dispatch, and pending-status trackers
• Support field sales team with samples, claims, schemes, documents, and backend requirements
• Escalate stock, payment, invoice, or dispatch issues to the reporting manager
• Share daily/weekly updates on order and dispatch status
Ideal candidate:
• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, order processing, dispatch coordination, or back-office operations
• FMCG, food & beverage, pharma, retail, or distribution experience preferred
• Good with Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Comfortable working from office in Ahmedabad
