CBOSIT Technologies is on the hunt for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and highly articulate Sales Associate to join our team. We are a group of visionary business consultants dedicated to digital transformation, and we need a Sales Data Guardian who can also serve as a walking encyclopedia for our existing and future clients.
In this role, you won't just be managing spreadsheets; you will be the knowledge bank for client data and the backbone of our sales process. You'll ensure our Zoho CRM is pristine while maintaining seamless coordination with our Ireland-based team.
Requirements
What You'll Do:
- The Customer Knowledge Hub: Act as a dedicated knowledge bank for any possible customer. You will deeply understand our service offerings, project timelines, and technical capabilities to answer inquiries instantly and accurately.
- Global Coordination: Serve as the key bridge between our local operations and the Ireland team. You will lead daily follow-ups, sync meetings, and ensure communication is crystal clear across time zones.
- Zoho CRM Mastery: Act as the primary administrator for our Zoho CRM. You will maintain sales processes, workflows, and pipelines. (If you aren't a Zoho expert yet, we'll help you become onebut you must have a hunger to learn it fast!)
- Sales Data Stewardship: Take full ownership of sales data entry and hygiene, ensuring that every lead and deal in our system provides a 360-degree view of the customer.
- Sales Automation: Assist in building and maintaining automated sales sequences and email triggers to make our sales cycle faster and smarter.
What You'll Bring:
You are a perfect fit if you have 1 to 2 years of experience in the following:
- Communication Excellence: Top-tier verbal and written communication skills are a must. You must be able to explain complex ideas simply to both our internal teams and potential customers.
- Information Architect: An ability to absorb vast amounts of information about our business and recall it quickly to assist customersyou are the person who always has the answer!
- Sales Automation Exposure: You have previously worked with sales tools or have a basic understanding of how to automate repetitive sales tasks.
- The Learner Mindset: You are tech-curious. While experience in Zoho CRM is a massive plus, your ability to master new software quickly is vital.
- Global Mindset: Comfortable working with international teams and adapting to the professional pace of our Irish counterparts.
