We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Enablement Intern to support our growth engine for the India and Middle East (ME) regions. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with our Sales Lead for India & ME, acting as the operational backbone of the regional sales pipeline. We are looking for someone who embraces modern technology and knows how to use Generative AI tools to work smarter, move faster, and scale our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Tracking & Pipeline Management
- Act as the gatekeeper for all incoming leads across the India and ME regions, ensuring they are promptly logged, categorized, and assigned.
- Maintain rigorous CRM/pipeline hygiene, ensuring every deal stage is accurately documented.
2. Sales MIS & Reporting
- Own and manage the Sales MIS (Management Information Systems), tracking critical metrics like lead response times, conversion rates, and regional pipeline health.
- Assist the Sales Lead in preparing weekly/monthly sales performance reports and dashboards.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Customer Success (CS) Alignment: Coordinate closely with the CS team to initiate seamless onboarding workflows for newly closed accounts or clients moving from pilot to production.
- Pilot Deliverables: Manage timelines and asset delivery for ongoing pilots, ensuring customer requests are addressed promptly.
4. Sales Enablement & AI-Assisted Collateral
- Along with CS team member review and finalize post-pilot pitch decks. Work with the Sales Lead in preparing commercial proposals, and tailored presentations for enterprise prospects.
- Leverage Generative AI tools to efficiently draft contextual sales follow-up sequences, summarize meeting notes, and refine regional market research.
- Gather data from successful pilots to help create compelling case studies.
5. Client Coordination & Follow-Up Support
- Support the Sales Lead in maintaining engagement with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Track pending customer actions, pilot feedback, proposal reviews, and next-step commitments to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Help re-engage prospects or pilot customers when responses are delayed and ensure opportunities continue to move forward.
What We Are Looking For
- Analytical & Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data formatting). Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Freshsales) is a major plus.
- Gen AI Fluency: Active hands-on experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate daily workflows. You should know how to construct clear prompts for drafting, proofreading, and structuring information.
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for tone and professional presentation formatting.
- Highly Organized: A natural multi-tasker who can manage multiple requests, chase deadlines, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Ownership Mindset: A proactive attitude-someone who doesn't just pass on a problem but uses the resources at hand to find a way to solve it.
- Education: Final year students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
