About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support sales performance through accurate reporting, CRM management, and data-driven process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and performance gaps
- Maintain CRM data, pipeline tracking, and lead records
- Build Excel dashboards for performance monitoring
- Support forecasting and target tracking
- Recommend process improvements based on data insights
Requirements
- 1–2 years in Sales Operations, MIS, or Reporting
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho
- Understanding of sales funnel and pipeline metrics
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in EdTech, or startup environment
- Familiarity with reporting dashboards
