Job Title: Sales Operations Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with day-to-day operational activities.
  • Maintain and manage sales data, reports, and dashboards.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations and lead management.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and CRM management.
  • Assist in sales planning, forecasting, and process improvements.
  • Monitor lead allocation and follow-up processes.
  • Resolve operational issues faced by the sales team in a timely manner.
  • Maintain documentation related to sales processes and performance.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Experience working with CRM tools is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations / MIS / Backend Sales Support.
  • Experience in EdTech, Banking, Telecom, or BPO industry preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills.
