Role Overview
The Sales Operations & Quality Lead is responsible for optimizing sales workflows, managing the Zoho CRM, driving data-based decision-making, and maintaining high-quality customer interactions. This role supports internal customer satisfaction, improves sales productivity, ensures compliance, and contributes directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize sales processes, workflows, automations, and policies to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and HR to implement process improvements.
- Analyze sales performance trends to build forecasts, support planning, and improve target achievement.
- Manage Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate data capture, lead routing, pipeline hygiene, and SOP compliance.
- Monitor sales calls and chats to ensure quality, regulatory adherence, and clinical accuracy.
- Audit closed deals for pricing, discounts, documentation, and operational readiness.
- Publish daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and quality reports.
- Provide structured feedback and coaching to sales team members.
- Maintain and update sales SOPs, quality standards, and onboarding documentation.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of sales staff with HR.
- Deliver CRM and quality training/refresher programs.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales Operations, Quality, Sales Enablement, or Support leadership.
- Hands-on expertise inZoho CRMmanagement, automation, dashboards, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and process improvement capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience training or coaching sales teams in performance and compliance standards.
