About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Onboarding Executive to manage the customer journey from demo to successful product setup. This is a hybrid role involving sales, client interaction, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilites

• Conduct product demos for inbound leads
• Perform follow-ups and basic cold outreach
• Understand client requirements and recommend solutions
• Assist customers with product setup and configuration
• Explain automation workflows and product features clearly

Requirement

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Comfortable with calls and client interaction
• Basic understanding of SaaS or tech products
• Self-motivated and quick learner
• Prior experience in sales, onboarding, or support is a plus
  

Compensation

• Salary: 12,000 per month
• Performance incentives (if applicable)
