- Drive daily retail activations and monthly target achievement.
- Maximize outlet productivity and revenue contribution.
- Track daily performance vs targets and ensure corrective actions.
- Ensure scheme communication and outlet compliance.
- Drive the performance of new product launches during campaign periods.
5. Market Monitoring & Reporting
- Conduct retailer and field team performance reviews.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Highlight market challenges and underperformance to leadership.
6. Market Coordination
- Coordinate with distributors and market partners for smooth execution.
- Support the implementation of approved sales schemes and initiatives.
